Budgets and Working Documents to be circulated by Rajen tomorrow after discussion with Executive Committee on proposed 5% increase in fees

Outstanding Districts and Boards to submit their draft budgets and strategy by 22/5/2022 for discussion at the KZNA Council Meeting that will be held on the 31st May 2022

Special online meetings will be called to finalise the following:

1. Marketing and Communications

2. Transformation-EPG

3. Schools

4. African Olympic Programme – engagement between Graham, Vijay and Coaches Commission – to be based on programme Graham Hill ran with Indian swimmers

Other immediate actions that must be attended in next 2 weeks include the ff:

Schools structures integration – engagement between DSR/DBE, Schools Aquatics and ourselves
District dysfunctionality and Disputes – to be addressed at special KZNA Executive meeting this coming week.
Harry Gwala to be revived
Zululand district – Peter and Vijay to make a trip!! We need to ensure a structure is setup here asap to comply with Govt requirements
Athlete and Tertiary Reps to be reviewed/relected as the current reps are inactive
Districts to submit budgets within the next fortnight for resolving the registration fees
