The Learn to Swim Programme wrapped up with a gala hosted at eThekwini Municipality’s Westville Swimming Pool on 1 June. The pool is heated. About 300 learners participated and showed off an impressive display of basic swimming skills acquired through the programme. #ethekwinimunicipality
