  1. Swimming competency letter signed by an accredited Swim Instructor or Coach.
  2. ID/Passport photograph
  3. Certified ID Copy
  4. Certified Copy –First Aid Level 1 Certificate
  5. Clean SAPS Police Clearance or Name Clearance (obtainable from us for R200)
  6. Certified copy of Matric / Higher education qualification
  7. Proof of Payment
