Budgets and Working Documents to be circulated by Rajen tomorrow\u00a0after discussion with Executive Committee on proposed 5% increase in fees<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Outstanding Districts and Boards to submit their draft budgets and strategy by 22\/5\/2022 for discussion at the KZNA Council Meeting that will be held on the 31st May 2022<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Special online meetings will be called to finalise the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Transformation-EPG<\/p>\n

\u00a04. African Olympic Programme \u2013 engagement between Graham, Vijay and Coaches Commission – to be based on programme Graham Hill ran with Indian swimmers<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Other\u00a0immediate actions that must be attended in next\u00a02 weeks include the ff:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

  1. Schools structures integration \u2013 engagement between DSR\/DBE, Schools Aquatics and ourselves<\/li>\n
  2. District dysfunctionality and Disputes \u2013 to be addressed at special KZNA Executive meeting this\u00a0coming week.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  3. Harry Gwala to be revived<\/li>\n
  4. Zululand district \u2013 Peter and Vijay to make a trip!!\u00a0 We need to ensure a structure is setup here asap to comply with Govt requirements<\/li>\n
  5. Athlete and Tertiary Reps to be reviewed\/relected as the current reps are inactive<\/li>\n
  6. Districts to submit budgets within the next fortnight for resolving the registration fees<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
